CANCELLATION AND SERVICE RESERVATION POLICY

Events (Equipment Rental)

To reserve the date of an event, the client must proceed with the payment of 50% of the total price. This secures the date and equipment requested and allows us as a company to cover various pre-event and organizational expenses. The client must proceed with the payment of the remaining 50% once the event is fulfilled.

Cancellation:

Before reserving a date, the client must keep in mind that at the moment of making the reservation, we immediately begin to prepare for the event and with it we incur several expenses, so we have a policy of charges on the deposit made in case of unjustified cancellation from the part of the client:

3 weeks before the event – 20% of the deposit

2 weeks before the event – 40% of the deposit

1 week before the event – 60% of the deposit

48 hours before the event – 100% of the deposit

Change of date:

In order to change the date of the scheduled event, notice must be given one (1) week in advance so that no charges are applied to the modification.

In case the change is made 72 hours prior to the event, a penalty of 60% of the value of the deposit will be applied.

In case the change is made during the 72 hours prior to the event, a penalty of 100% of the value of the deposit will be applied.
